Stop guessing what your gut reacts to.

SIBO AI logs what you eat, how you feel and which supplements you take — and works out which of the connections in your own log actually hold up. With the uncertainty shown, not hidden.

Why this is hard

You already have the data. You don't have the conclusion.

Most people living with SIBO or IBS have tried. The notebook, a spreadsheet, a camera roll of meals. The problem is never that the log is missing — it's that nobody does the maths on it.

The log becomes a pile, not an answer

Fifty days of notes tell you nothing while they sit in a list. You need to know which connections deserve your attention.

You see patterns that aren't there

Two good days after a particular vegetable feels like proof. The brain is built to find patterns in noise. In a small log it does it constantly.

Nobody shows you how certain it is

A number without uncertainty is an opinion. You need to know whether a finding rests on two occasions or thirty — otherwise you can't act on it.

How it works

Three steps, two of which look after themselves.

1 · You log

A meal, a symptom or a supplement — with amounts and units. One tap for same as yesterday, so a repeated breakfast costs you nothing.

2 · The analysis does the maths

The app compares each food against your symptoms — and against all your other meals, so you see the difference rather than the coincidence.

3 · You ask the coach

Ask the question in plain language. The coach answers from your log — your recent meals, symptoms and supplements — not from generic advice.

The analysis

We don't look for what you want to hear. We look for what holds.

This is the difference between a diary and a tool. Every connection in the app arrives with its evidence and its uncertainty — and findings that don't survive scrutiny aren't presented as findings.

  • Counts, not percentages28 out of 30 is something you can act on in a way that 93% never is.
  • Compared against your other meals — otherwise we only measure how often you eat the thing.
  • Confidence intervals — a wide interval means thin evidence, not a strong connection.
  • FDR correction — test a hundred foods and chance will otherwise always win.
  • Fisher's exact test — the right test for small and uneven groups.

An example of how a finding is presented

Bloating & spinach

Bloating followed meals containing this in 14 of 15 cases — against 31% of other meals.

≈ 3.0× · 95% CI 1.9–4.7 (narrow — the evidence is sufficient) · q < 0.001

Bloating & lactose (FODMAP group)

Bloating followed meals containing this in 15 of 20 cases — against 0% of other meals.

≈ 60× · 95% CI 3.8+ (wide — more days needed) · q < 0.001

Connections come from your own log and are not medical advice. They're calculated with Fisher's exact test and FDR correction, locally on your device.

The AI coach

A coach that reads your log — not a generic chatbot.

You write the question the way you'd ask a person. The coach gets your recent history as its evidence and answers in plain language: what has changed, what stands out, and what to log more of to know for certain.

  • Three questions a day are included — on the free tier, no purchase needed.
  • The evidence is yours — the coach sees your log, nobody else's.
  • It will contradict you — if the finding doesn't hold, you're told that instead of a reassuring answer.

What the coach is not

It provides information so you can understand your own log. It doesn't diagnose, doesn't prescribe treatment, and doesn't replace your doctor or dietitian.

Editing a meal in SIBO AI, with itemised logging of foods and amounts

Logging

Fast enough that you'll actually keep it up.

A log that's a chore stays short, and a short log gives no answers. So every step is built to cost seconds.

  • Itemised — each food with an amount and a unit: salmon 120 g, courgette 1 serving.
  • Same as yesterday — one tap copies the whole meal with today's time.
  • Symptom score 1–10 — a scale you can follow over time, not a yes/no box.
  • Daily reminder, dark mode and large text — the app adapts to you.

The app

Five views, one purpose.

Follow the whole path from breakfast to conclusion.

Privacy

A symptom diary is about as sensitive as data gets.

So privacy isn't a section at the bottom of the app — it's part of the architecture. And we tell you what's actually true, not what sounds best.

  • Your log stays on your device. It lives in a database on your phone, not on a server of ours.
  • The analysis runs locally. The patterns in your log are calculated on the phone.
  • No tracking, no ads, no data selling. No third-party analytics. This website sets no cookies.
  • You delete everything yourself — one tap in the app's privacy view, or by uninstalling.
  • The coach is the only thing that leaves your phone. When you ask a question, a summary — your recent meals, symptoms and supplements with dosages — is sent through our proxy to Anthropic in the United States. Nothing is sent unless you send a question.
  • Statistics are off by default. If you turn them on, only counters are sent: no symptoms, no text, nothing that can be traced back to you.
  • No account required. We hold no email address, no name and no profile to lose.

Read the full privacy policy — legal basis, processors, transfers and your rights.

FAQ

What people ask first.

Is this medical advice?

No. SIBO AI is a tool for understanding your own log. The connections the app finds are statistical associations in your own notes — they tell you what goes together, not what causes what. The app doesn't diagnose and doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian or other care.

Where is my data stored?

In a database on your own device. We hold no server with your log. The only thing that leaves your phone is the context sent when you ask the AI coach a question — and that goes through our proxy to Anthropic in the United States. If you don't ask, nothing is sent.

How certain is a connection?

Every finding is shown with its number of occasions, its strength, a confidence interval and a q-value. A wide interval means the evidence is thin — not that the connection is absent. We'd rather show you the uncertainty openly than a neat number you can't trust.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There's no sign-in, no email address and no name. The app works from the first second and knows nothing about who you are.

What does it cost, and how do I cancel?

The free tier costs nothing and gives you three AI questions a day. Pro is available monthly or yearly, with a 14-day free trial. The trial and the subscription belong to the store you bought them from: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android — Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.

Does the app work offline?

Logging, the overview, the timeline and the pattern analysis all work with no connection at all — everything is calculated on the phone. The AI coach needs a network, because the answer comes from an external model.

Which platforms are supported?

iPhone and Android. The app follows dark mode, large text and your timezone — the day boundary follows your local time, not a server in another country.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. You can export a report from the app, and you can delete everything with one tap. Your data is yours — you shouldn't have to request it from us.

Time to stop guessing

Your gut has already told you what it reacts to.
You just haven't done the maths on it yet.
